I always get asked... "Why did you start a banana pudding company, it seems so random?". And that it is.
One day this summer, my mom told me about the abundance of banana's we had in the kitchen after my brother purchased too many during his weekly Costco trip. I was sick of making banana bread, and decided to switch it up and cater the recipe towards something my siblings would like, who were often trying to hit their protein goals for the week, as well as something my mom and I would like, which is where the refined-sugar free aspect came in.
The catering of the recipe towards my families desires, is what inspired the creation of BanPud. I hope to spread joy, and a little bit of sweet to all those who try my PUD!
