I get asked all the time — “Why start a banana pudding company? It seems so random!” And honestly… it kind of is.
It all began one summer when my mom mentioned we had way too many bananas lying around after my brother’s overzealous Costco run. Tired of making banana bread, I decided to experiment and create something different — something my siblings, always focused on hitting their protein goals, would love, and something my mom and I could enjoy guilt-free, without refined sugar.
That simple moment in our kitchen — catering the recipe to my family’s different tastes — became the spark behind BanPud. My goal is to share that same joy, comfort, and a little bit of sweetness with everyone who takes a spoonful of my PUD.
